SCOTUS rules DACA stays!

 

We are thrilled that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of DACA recipients. Because of the ruling, 130,000 individuals are now eligible to apply for the first time. The ruling reinstated DACA to its original 2012 standing, which includes access to advance parole. Read more about it, here:

This a huge step in the right direction but the fight is far from over. Comprehensive immigration reform, including a path to citizenship for DREAMers, DACAmented, TPS, and other undocumented individuals is still needed. Please consider donating to any of these organizations.
